從「抗衡」到「接受」

劉若英-

以前小時候,被認為是很聰明的女孩
好像是一件光榮的事
現在
被說很聰明好像就是很厲害什麼的
我真的可以說
我沒有那麼複雜
是你們把我想得太複雜
當我說餓了
就是真的餓了
沒有....&*#%其他別的意思　（->沒聽清楚,猜想..應該要人買吃的or...)

以前
不知道聽誰說過
"我愛你"是很嚴肅的
但現代的愛情好像不是這樣的
就像婚姻
結婚很快就離婚　

好奇怪喔!
"我愛你"這麼難的話都可以輕易掛在嘴邊
為什麼
我很好
這樣簡單的心情
卻很難說出口

我很想讓大家做一個實驗
就是對著家裡的鏡子
說
我很好
十次.二十次
有些人是會越來越小聲.心虛
有些人是越來越大聲
越來越肯定

我是後者
我可以說五十次
很大聲的

這一兩年學到很多
一開始是學著"面對自己"
看見自己的優點和缺點是什麼
然後
"接受自己"
包括優點和缺點
就像我知道自己一輩子都沒有辦法變成紙片人
那就接受自己
對自己好一點

深夜無意間看見劉若英的音樂特輯
很用力地想把影片中的話都記下來
提醒自己
希望有一天我可以這樣言之"有物"
每一次聽完她輕輕帶過的話
都很感動
讓我精神都來了
